In this role, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to design, configure, and deliver Creatio-based CRM and process automation solutions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role is ideal for someone early in their development career who enjoys working with low-code/no-code platforms, learning modern CRM technologies, and contributing to end-to-end solution delivery in a consulting environment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Configure and customize Creatio CRM applications using low-code / no-code tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and maintain business processes, workflows, and automation logic in Creatio</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Customize UI components, pages, sections, and dashboards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with C#/.NET customizations to extend Creatio functionality when required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support integrations between Creatio and external systems using REST APIs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into working solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Troubleshoot issues and support post-go-live enhancements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work within an Agile delivery model, participating in sprint ceremonies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Use tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to track work and progress</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Required Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">2+ years of experience working with Creatio</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience with Creatio configuration, workflows, and business rules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Basic working knowledge of C# and .NET</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to system integrations and APIs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Good communication and collaboration skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Creatio certification (Developer or Analyst)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prior consulting or client-facing experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Interest in growing toward a senior developer or solution architect path</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">BIG is a high growth Cloud Consulting firm with offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Denver,  India and the United Kingdom.  Our clients are in Canada, UK, India  and the US.  We are a team of experienced IT professionals who specialize in providing business value to organizations looking at leveraging modern platforms such as Pega, Appian, MuleSoft and Boomi.
