HR Talent Scout Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for talent acquisition and people strategy? You’ll play a key role in refining processes, driving continuous improvement, and helping us attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate is eager to grow within the role, contribute to cross-functional projects, and bring fresh ideas to strengthen our evolving HR practices. Role Description The HR Talent Coordinator will be responsible for managing the overall Human Resources (HR) strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across Codekeeper. They will oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates, and onboarding new employees.
