He/she will be responsible for the buying process, daily activities and tasks, Retail inventories, financial results of the department as well as developing and retaining the Retail Team.</p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">To provide a positive “employee life cycle” for all staff members during their tenure with Hard Rock.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guest Experience - To deliver an authentic experience that “rocks” for Hard Rock guests by ensuring that the retail business is visually inviting, maintains the proper inventory, and provides amplified service.</li>\n<li>Ordering – To ensure a full retail assortment at all times by ensuring that the buying process is executed on-time, respecting vendors’ production lead time and logistics challenges including customs and clearance requirements.</li>\n<li>Have a good understanding of shipping and customs clearance procedures for their respective market</li>\n<li>Follow a visual merchandising plan to have the Rock Shop inviting and appealing following HRI guidelines.</li>\n<li>Sales - To grow the business by using innovative sales and marketing activations and by establishing sales goals and objectives for the Retail team</li>\n<li>Ensure that KPI targets are in place in order to provide direction to enhance sales performance.</li>\n<li>Manpower – ensure that the Rock Shop is properly staffed at all times in relation to business volume.</li>\n<li>Retail Inventory Management – To conduct Retail Inventories on monthly basis, analyzing the report,</li>\n<li>Profit - To maintain a financially profitable retail business operation by controlling costs and labor.</li>\n<li>Ensure that the Unity Guest Loyalty program is executed properly within the Rock Shop</li>\n<li>Train/coach and document employees to meet standards and to maintain a high quality workforce.</li>\n<li>Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners and investors.</li>\n<li>Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote the brand and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain positive relationships within the business and social community.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven track record of managerial success in a fast paced environment by possessing the experience, ability, and knowledge to move the business forward financially while focusing on human capital.</li>\n<li>Proven track record of making high quality decisions and the ability to make complex decisions.</li>\n<li>Applicable standard of education is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SKILLS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership behaviors coupled with the technical skill set to drive the business toward success.</li>\n<li>Adherence to health/safety and food safety regulations.</li>\n<li>Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.</li>\n<li>Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.</li>\n<li>Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Why Join Us?</span></span></p>\n<p>Be part of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Malta’s one of the most respected hospitality brand</span> and contribute to a culture where <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">quality, teamwork, and passion for food</span> come first.
