This position oversees operations, provides social services, and leads fundraising efforts to support programs in the Oberlin area and surrounding communities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide direct client services and resolve client needs in accordance with Salvation Army policies.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with local agencies and professionals to connect clients with resources.</li>\n <li>Recruit and supervise volunteers; build and maintain an Advisory Committee.</li>\n <li>Organize community programs such as Summer Camp recruitment, Back-to-School, and Angel Tree.</li>\n <li>Plan and implement fundraising activities, including Christmas Kettles and seasonal campaigns.</li>\n <li>Prepare monthly statistical and reimbursement reports; maintain compliance with budget guidelines.</li>\n <li>Assist with proposals and presentations to support service expansion.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3–5 years of relevant experience in office or social work setting</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Experience in social service intake interviewing.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> 20 hours per week; weekly itinerary required.
