We are currently recruiting for <strong>Construction Foreman/Forewoman</strong> to join our team in <strong>Saskatoon, SK!</strong><br>&nbsp;</p><p>In this role, you will lead and coordinate petroleum construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of tanks, piping, and related equipment across Saskatchewan and adjoining provinces.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>As a Construction Foreman/Forewoman, you will:</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate and oversee petroleum equipment installation projects, including tanks and piping.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Install, test, and commission petroleum equipment per regulatory standards and manufacturer guidelines.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage subcontractors for additional disciplines (electrical, excavation, concrete, civil).<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Resolve construction issues, including scope changes and design challenges.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complete required documentation accurately and on time.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform manual tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Travel as required (construction division covers Saskatchewan and adjoining provinces).<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Competencies:</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Licensed Petroleum Installer / PM2 or PM3 Certification (preferred).<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 3 years of petroleum/fueling construction experience; basic electrical knowledge an asset.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High school diploma or equivalent.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Mechanically inclined and competent with tools and equipment.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Physically capable of demanding work; willing to work long shifts and extra hours.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reliable, responsible, and customer-focused.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><br>Our commitment to providing the best service in the industry is driven by our employees’ passion, professionalism, and expertise.
