We are looking for friendly and flexible team players that understand attention to detail as we maintain the cleanliness and appearance of resort properties. This is a full-time, year-round position that pays $18-$20/hour depending on experience.</span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p></p><p><b><span><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u>:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including snow shoveling in winter and preventative maintenance across all resort properties.</p></li><li><p>Diagnose and repair problems with little supervision. The ability to work with other departments and have a courteous demeaner is essential when interacting with guests. </p></li><li><p>Perform evening shift building rounds – check pool, mechanical rooms checklist, mitigate slip&amp; fall hazards.  </p></li><li><p><span><span> </span></span><span><span>Will also assist with special event set-up and breakdown. </span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u>:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Prior experience in building trades is preferred. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Must be able to lift over 50 pounds. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Must be able to communicate effectively in person, on a 2-way radio, and on the telephone. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Will need a valid driver license, clean driving record and must pass a motor vehicle background check, as company vehicle use is expected. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>High School Education or equivalency degree required.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Must be able to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions, i.e., rain, snow, wind.
