We are looking for an <strong>Associate Trainer</strong> to assist mobile technicians to develop and cultivate their skills and knowledge to perform successfully in their roles. You will provide complete training technicians. This position has an opportunity for growth and advancement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Associate trainer will report to the Corporate Trainer and assist in training mobile technicians through mentorship and continuous training.  The goal is to promote efficiency, competitive advantage and retention by training on technical processes and developing skills utilizing coaching, mentoring and continuous training.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Liaise with managers to determine training needs and critique training sessions</li>\n <li>Responsible for managing high volume training groups</li>\n <li>Create, design and develop effective training programs which includes continuous training.</li>\n <li>Conducts weekly training classes in group training sessions.</li>\n <li>Prepare educational material such as modules, PowerPoint presentations summaries, videos</li>\n <li>Supports and mentors’ new employees through continuous training</li>\n <li>Maintains training records, progress reports and other data</li>\n <li>Develops a process to measure performance of technicians and documents and promotes successes in training program</li>\n <li>Monitor employee performance and response to training</li>\n <li>Self-starter and ability to work independently</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong mechanical and technical diesel skills and knowledge required.</li>\n <li>Possess thorough safety knowledge</li>\n <li>Understanding of effective teaching methodologies</li>\n <li>Ability to train technicians regarding software and technical knowledge</li>\n <li>Proficient in MS Office (esp.
