With a global footprint spanning North America, Latin America, Asia, and Europe, we deliver data-based visibility and insights, higher savings, and better transportation spending control for shippers of all sizes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Trax Deployment Services Project Managers are responsible for the timely implementation of new client engagements, rolling out incremental phases for existing clients, and delivering cross-functional strategic initiatives. Working directly with a team of professionals globally, managing a portfolio of client-facing projects, and directly engaging with clients (typically large, global companies with significant logistics spend) and their carrier partners (e.g., UPS, DHL, Expeditors, etc.) to execute deliverables.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Reporting into and partnering with the Director of Deployment Services, Project Managers are confident in communicating face to face, verbally, and via email with the client at all levels of their organization, challenging the client if required. Managing client escalations and expectations to ensure the project is delivered successfully. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Coordinate and own governance meetings with clients, typically a weekly project meeting and monthly steering committee for critical stakeholders. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Quickly develop a deep understanding of client needs, Trax’s product offering, and the path to deliver value by facilitating required data gathering sessions with work teams and client</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Manage client expectations against contractual commitments and agreed on project scope</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Identify project risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place, working to resolve or escalate issues promptly</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Build relationships across client and carrier partner organizations, serving as a subject matter expert on different aspects of assigned initiatives </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Work closely with internal business partners and stakeholders in a matrix environment to ensure project results are of the highest caliber</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Acts as an advocate for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities and efficiencies both in Professional Services and the wider business to improve the success of projects and the overall customer experience</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Accountable for the definition (scoping), planning, and delivery of a given implementation or strategic initiative</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The Qualifications: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline </span></li>\n<li><br><span>4+ years of project management experience</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Exemplary core project management skills, including multiple aspects of the PMBOK</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Experience in deploying Software as a Service</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Experience in supply chain or logistics preferred</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to multi-task, work independently, and excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Solid influencing skills</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Sound business and technical acumen</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Experience with stakeholder management at all levels of the business</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbally</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Strong presentation skills</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Strong knowledge of MS Project, MS Office Suites, and Smartsheet.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>PMP Certification is desirable but not required</span></li>\n<li><span>Willing to be assigned in the NIGHT SHIFT (9:00pm-6:00am) and flexible to shifts as may deem necessary</span></li>\n</ul>",
