They will help the Health Care Practitioner and LVNs by carrying out patients&rsquo; treatment plans. The Behavioral Health Technician will be responsible to provide safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.</p><p data-gid=\"38349\"><strong data-gid=\"38350\">Shift schedule: Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00pm to 7:30am Fulltime&nbsp;</strong></p><p data-gid=\"38351\"><strong data-gid=\"38352\">Responsibilities:</strong></p><p data-gid=\"38353\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\" data-gid=\"38354\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Aid in conducting new patient initial assessments and providing orientation to new patients</p><p data-gid=\"38355\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\" data-gid=\"38356\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assess and document patients&rsquo; needs and care, collaborating with other staff to manage patient care</p><p data-gid=\"38357\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\" data-gid=\"38358\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Observe medications and treatments as ordered by the consulting physician, maintaining accurate records as required according to company policies and procedures</p><p data-gid=\"38359\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\" data-gid=\"38360\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensure infection control practices and reporting procedures are implemented and maintained</p><p data-gid=\"38361\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\" data-gid=\"38362\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support program staff with resident de-escalation and crisis management in a manner which fully supports the needs of the resident</p><p data-gid=\"38371\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\" data-gid=\"38372\">&nbsp;
