The position will provide on the job training and learning while requiring adherence to workplace procedures, following health and safety guidance, and successfully completing tasks to help you gain further HVAC licenses/certifications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Market Value Compensation</li>\n <li>Robust PTO Plan</li>\n <li>Health, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from</li>\n <li>401K Retirement Plan with company match up to 30%</li>\n <li>Life Insurance, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability</li>\n <li>Special Program Options: FSA, EAP, Legal Services, and Identity Theft</li>\n <li>Continuous Training for your Professional Development</li>\n <li>Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units</li>\n <li>Diagnose issues, replace parts and perform preventative maintenance</li>\n <li>Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas</li>\n <li>Performing start-up of equipment</li>\n <li>Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools</li>\n <li>Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company</li>\n <li>Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets</li>\n <li>Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment</li>\n <li>Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I Have What It Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1-2 years working in the Residential HVAC Installation Field</li>\n <li>Knowledge of HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job decisions</li>\n <li>Must have EPA license</li>\n <li>Registration as a technician with TDLR is required</li>\n <li>Mechanical aptitude</li>\n <li>Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs</li>\n <li>Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site</li>\n <li>Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis</li>\n <li>Results driven in a high-energy environment</li>\n <li>Attention to detail </li>\n <li>Must be able to follow directions and work independently</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
