Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. Embraces and promotes company core values to establish and maintain a culture committed to ethical practices, legal compliance and a union-free environment. Takes initiative to participate in training and developing opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Role(s) - </strong>Lead the implementation of quality systems, ensure product compliance with OEM requirements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, with a focus on safety, durability, and fitment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Supports the Quality Control Team through managing and leading subordinates, coordinating quality improvements, analyzing data and reporting.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure strict adherence to HKQS standards and specific Kia quality expectations throughout the assembly process.</li>\n <li>Serve as the key contact for Kia SQEs and customer quality teams, managing issues and reporting through KAS (Kia Assurance System).</li>\n <li>Oversee control plans, PFMEAs, and standard operating procedures.</li>\n <li>Monitor KPIs and drive improvements to meet or exceed Kia targets.</li>\n <li>Analyze, review, and generate Reports for the OEM related Quality claims.</li>\n <li>Generate Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports to MOBIS Senior Management.</li>\n <li>Analyze defects trends and implement Process/Supplier improvement plans to eliminate repeat defects.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and eliminate quality issues.</li>\n <li>Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes using continuous improvement tools for Kia customer complaints and internal rejections.</li>\n <li>Understand the OEM assembly process related to MOBIS Georgia Module processes.</li>\n <li>Practice 5S in the assigned work area. Keep the workstations, tools, and gages clean and organized.</li>\n <li>Lead the Process Quality Team to achieve goals and objectives. </li>\n <li>Present Quality Improvement plans and countermeasures to MOBIS and the OEM senior management.</li>\n <li>Other tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong>5+ years of experience</p>\n<p><strong>Managerial Experience:</strong> 3-5 years   </p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)</p>\n<p><strong>Degree Field:</strong> Engineering, or related field</p>\n<p><strong>Equivalent Experience/Education:</strong> 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing/automotive field and in a managerial role. </p>\n<p><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Advanced</p>\n<p><strong>Foreign Language Required: </strong>No.<strong>  If yes, what language? </strong>N/A</p>\n<p><strong>Foreign Language Skill Level: </strong>N/A </p>\n<p><strong>Mathematical Skills: </strong>Intermediate</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Certified/Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>N/A</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional/Other Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PC literate, including Microsoft Office Product</li>\n <li>Intermediate Statistic Skills</li>\n <li>Modern Quality Principles and Applications Experience</li>\n <li>IATF 16949 Management Experience</li>\n</ul>",
