          "text": "<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>We, at Flywire, are seeking a <strong>Global Billing and Receivables Director</strong>&#xa0;to lead and transform our billing and collections operations. &#xa0;Through organic and inorganic growth, Flywire has a large portfolio of clients to bill monthly, quarterly and annually. &#xa0;This role will partner with FP&amp;A, Treasury and Credit Risk to monitor agings and cash collections to drive free cash flows.</p><ul><li>Own global SaaS and transactional billing operations, including subscription lifecycle management (new sales, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations), usage-based billing, and contract amendments.</li><li>Partner closely with Sales, Pricing, RevOps, and Legal to resolve billing issues, pricing discrepancies, and contract interpretation questions.</li><li>Reduce billing errors, credits, and rework through strong upstream controls and process discipline.</li><li>Partner with IT to drive automation of billing and cash application.</li><li>Oversee global accounts receivable and collections for a rapidly growing customer base, including enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments.</li><li>Act as a key business owner for billing platforms and ERP systems (e.g., Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce).</li><li>Monitor AR aging, DSO, churn-related exposure, and bad debt reserves; proactively address collection risks.</li><li>Partner with Customer Success and Sales to manage disputes, renewals at risk, and escalated customer payment issues.</li><li>Collaborate with credit risk to develop and maintain collections policy and client risk rating.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Here's what we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (CPA a plus).</li><li>Proven billing and collections experience in a rapidly growing company.</li><li>8–12 years of progressive experience in billing, accounts receivable, or order-to-cash functions, with significant experience in a SaaS or technology environment.</li><li>3+ years of people management experience, including leading global or distributed teams.</li><li>Deep understanding of SaaS billing models, including subscription, usage-based, tiered, and hybrid pricing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SaaS and transactional billing and ERP systems (Workday, Stripe Billing, NetSuite, Salesforce).</li><li>Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition, internal controls, and audit requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Technologies We Use:</strong></p><ul><li>NetSuite (implemenating Workday FINS and accounting center in 2026)</li><li>Salesforce</li><li>Maxio</li><li>Microsoft Excel&#xa0;<br>\n&#xa0;</li></ul>",
