Receiving all product from packing list and restocking shelves and fulfillment of Customer Orders by retrieving and stacking specific product and quantities as specified on the Pick Ticket. Meeting or exceeding Warehouse and Company expectations regarding safety, accuracy, and efficiency.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Retrieves and places quantities of Product onto a pre-determined pallet as instructed by the assigned Pick Ticket, in a manner that is safe and builds a stable pallet of product, while meeting or exceeding Warehouse and Company expectations in safety, accuracy, and efficiency</li>\n<li>Transports pallets of stacked Product to different areas of the Warehouse via a Forklift - Pallet Jack - in a safe and efficient manner</li>\n<li>Assemble Grills and Smokers when needed for showroom display</li>\n<li>Assists in Warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping as assigned or as needed</li>\n<li>Performs daily check of Inventory and alerts Warehouse Management of any issues discovered</li>\n<li>Corrects any mistakes discovered and informs Purchaser to product and, or quantity</li>\n<li>May perform other duties as assigned</li>\n<li>Performs miscellaneous activities as directed to support the efficient operation of a warehouse in a dynamic environment<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.</li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate within a team environment</li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes</li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to needs of role in different work areas throughout the workday and meet minimum expectations of those different work areas</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret instructions from a computer screen</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to differentiate our packages</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a noisy and non-climate controlled (Hot in summer, cold in winter) environment</li>\n<li>Flexibility (Schedules, Hours change with the demands of the business)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience</li>\n<li>Ability to drive Forklift and pallet jack.</li>\n<li>Must have valid Drivers License</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Noisy and non-temperature-controlled environment (hot in summer/cold in winter)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Disclaimer &amp; Approvals:</span></p>\n<p>The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
