Your mission Wir suchen eine praktische, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit im Bereich Logistik und Veranstaltungsunterstützung für unser Team in München. Diese Rolle ist entscheidend für die reibungslose Durchführung unserer Veranstaltungen, Messen und Demonstrationen in ganz Europa. Du bist verantwortlich für die durchgängige logistische Unterstützung unserer Veranstaltungen und Demos – vom Transport über den Aufbau bis hin zur Betreuung vor Ort und dem Abbau. Es handelt sich um eine stark operative, reiseintensive Position, ideal für jemanden, der gerne anpackt, Verantwortung übernimmt und sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohlfühlt. Responsibilities Veranstaltungslogistik und Transport Organisation und Durchführung des Transports von Veranstaltungsmaterialien, Ausrüstung und Systemen Fahren von Firmenfahrzeugen zu Veranstaltungen, Messen und Vorführstandorten in Deutschland und Europa Sicherstellung der pünktlichen Lieferung, des Aufbaus sowie des Rücktransports aller Materialien Aufbau und Abbau (Messebau) Unterstützung beim physischen Auf- und Abbau von Messeständen, Ausstellungsflächen und Installationen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und internen Teams vor Ort Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung, auch unter Zeitdruck Bestandsverwaltung Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung aller veranstaltungsbezogenen Materialien (Modelle, Messebau-Elemente, Vorführausrüstung) Sicherstellung, dass alle Materialien jederzeit einsatzbereit, gewartet und korrekt gelagert sind Koordination von Reparaturen, Ersatzbeschaffung und Nachbestellungen Unterstützung vor Ort Unterstützung des Veranstaltungsteams bei Messen, Vorführungen und internen Veranstaltungen Mithilfe bei Verpflegung, Aufbau von Besprechungsbereichen und allgemeinen Abläufen Flexible Unterstützung, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen Unterstützung des Teams Organisation und Durchführung von Fahrten für Mitarbeitende zu Veranstaltungsorten Verlässliche operative Unterstützung des gesamten Veranstaltungsteams Qualifications Erfahrung in Logistik, Veranstaltungsunterstützung, Lager oder vergleichbaren Bereichen Messeerfahrung von Vorteil Gültiger Führerschein Klasse B (Erfahrung mit Transportern von Vorteil) Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Problemlösungskompetenz Gute Deutschkenntnisse und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft zu umfangreicher Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands und Europas Dein Ansprechpartner: Sally Grütte-Pad, Interim Lead TA Partner via [email protected]
