  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Performs engineering analysis and design (2D and 3D) for a variety of projects that may include:<ul><li><!--block-->Roadways, intersections and related infrastructure, including new construction and rehabilitation.</li><li><!--block-->Waterdistribution systems and sanitary sewer collection system</li><li><!--block-->Hydraulic modeling</li><li><!--block-->Pump station modeling and analysis</li><li><!--block-->Water and wastewater treatment</li></ul></li><li><!--block-->Lead a small team of junior engineers</li><li><!--block-->Prepares construction plans, specifications, and contract documents for contracting and bidding of construction projects.</li><li><!--block-->Conducts assessment and evaluation of existing system conditions and develops recommended remedial measures.</li><li><!--block-->Performs construction phase engineering, including periodic on-site reviews, in collaboration with Construction Services team.</li><li><!--block-->Maintains and documents written and verbal communications with clients throughout the development and completion of a project.</li><li><!--block-->Conducts project status review with project manager and team members, checking accuracy of work completed, and monitors timeliness of project completion.</li><li><!--block-->Prepares engineering studies and reports.</li><li><!--block-->Provides technical guidance and training to members of the project team.</li><li><!--block-->Prepares project design using sound engineering principles, engineering software and tools.</li><li><!--block-->Assists Project Manager in assuring quality control procedures are performed.</li><li><!--block-->Maintains responsibility for adherence to applicable codes.</li></ul><div><!--block--><br></div>",
