    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Graphics Artist Intermediate provides comprehensive graphics  support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced in collecting and organizing information for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.</li>\n <li>Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents. </li>\n <li>Assist in creating graphics and visual elements for motion video, animations, digital media and print products, under the guidance of senior graphics staff</li>\n <li>Support the development of graphics materials for events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.</li>\n <li>Produce illustrations, drawings, and other artwork as directed to enhance communications materials</li>\n <li>Assist in providing photographs, charts, diagrams, maps, slides, and other visual assets for informational and briefing purposes</li>\n <li>Provide support in the preparation and presentation of awards, including tasks such as matting and framing.</li>\n <li>Assist with photography tasks related to events, conferences, and meetings, coordinating with public affairs personnel as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>AS/AA or 2 yr Tech School, minimum 3 years experience; or HS/GED w/ 10 years or military experience E4 and up</li>\n <li>Knowledge and skill in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of budgeting.</li>\n <li>TS/SCI Clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hourly Range: $31.87 - $34.00</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The above salary range represents a general guidline.
