          "text": "<p>Role: Electrical Engineer Expert (8-12 yrs)<br>\nLocation: Mendon/Logan, Utah or DFW, Texas<br>\nJob Type: Contract&#xa0;<br>\nInterview: Phone/Skype<br>\n&#xa0;</p><p>Job Description:<br>\nThe primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing electrical components, equipment, and systems for small robots and other ground-based vehicles according to customer requirements. Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to electrical system designs. Conducts research to produce design solutions, improvements, and new products. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures to junior engineer. Reports to a manager and works with Tech Lead. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.</p><p><br>\nKey Responsibilities:<br>\n\"ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br>\n• Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.<br>\n• Designs, tests, and determines fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, and determines methods, procedures, and conditions for testing products.<br>\n• Develops applications of controls, instruments, and systems for new commercial, domestic, and industrial uses.<br>\n• Ensures that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.<br>\n• Coordinates operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations.<br>\n• Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.<br>\n• Maintains regular study habits by frequently reviewing emerging technologies that improve the design, development, and testing of software programming and applications and applies technologies learned</p><p>What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position?<br>\n• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.<br>\n• 7+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<br>\n• Proficient in EDA tools<br>\n• Proficient skills with analog/digital circuit design.<br>\n• Lead DFMEA process.<br>\n• Proficient in functional safety analysis.<br>\n• Has good communication skills.<br>\n• Good team member.<br>\n• Has some leadership skills.<br>\n&#xa0;</p>",
