Responsibilities Develop strategic social media (Organic) plans on behalf of the brand, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Tik Tok and emerging channels Coordinate social content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and brand moments for global franchise partners Partner with creative, digital marketing, merchandising, and ecommerce teams to align messaging and campaign timing Develop social briefs, content calendars, and campaign recaps Monitor trends, viral moments, platform updates, and competitor activity to find opportunities Track and report social performance metrics, engagement, reach, and conversion insights Develop influencer and creator campaigns Support community management and brand voice consistency across global accounts Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment Present campaign results and recommendations to leadership stakeholders Support team in delivery process including collecting links and document fonts for all creative released to franchise partners Support in-house photoshoots including shot lists and post-production process with graphic design team execution At Bath & Body Works, everyone belongs.
