    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BPOD </span>Latam is Looking for a<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Latam Senior Recruiter </span>to Join our team in Mexico City, Mx.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mission</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The mission of the Recruiter is lead agile, high‑impact recruitment, partner closely with the business, and attract top talent across latam.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Latam, for mid- and high-complexity positions.</li>\n<li>Align recruitment strategies with leaders and stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Act as a consultative recruiter, deeply understanding the needs of the business and technology vendors.</li>\n<li>Develop and execute proactive sourcing and active hunting strategies.</li>\n<li>Map and engage potential candidates for the Talent Pool.</li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvements in Talent Acquisition processes by providing strategic insights to ensure BPOD’s recruitment is a continuously evolving process.</li>\n<li>Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality, funnel, conversion rates).</li>\n<li>Support employer branding, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.</li>\n<li>Support the Employer Branding team with strategic insights and recommendations related to Recruitment and Selection.</li>\n<li>Participate in training related to sourcing and recruitment.</li>\n<li>Develop strategic relationships with technology-focused educational institutions in Mexico/ Latam.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruiter.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Psychology.</li>\n<li>Mandatory prior experience in the technology/software market.</li>\n<li>Proven experience recruiting strategic, technical, or specialized profiles within the technology segment.</li>\n<li>Mandatory and proven experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.</li>\n<li>Experience in recruitment consultancies will be considered a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced English proficiency is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>",
