ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Certified Nursing Assistant plays an essential role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to members in various healthcare settings. This position involves assisting members with daily living activities, monitoring their health status, and providing support to nursing staff to ensure optimal member outcomes. The Certified Nursing Assistant serves as a link between members and the healthcare team, helping to maintain member comfort, dignity, and safety. Through direct member interaction, Certified Nursing Assistants contribute to the overall care plan by observing and reporting changes in member conditions promptly.
