Description
As a Lead Gas Meter Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing expert field service support for gas meter installations and maintenance. Your role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of gas metering systems, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency of gas metering operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service and support. Your technical expertise will help maintain the integrity of gas measurement systems, which is vital for both safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, maintain, and repair gas metering systems at customer locations. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of gas meters to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding gas metering equipment. Lead and oversee the Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians Assign and schedule field service technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
3 or more years of experience in field service related to gas metering systems. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in gas metering technologies. 3 or more years of proven experience in field service management or a similar role Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies Excellent leadership and team management skills

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Experience in a field service role within the gas utility sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.
