You will build and lead the end-to-end data testing function in Dallas, influence stakeholders across divisions and build scalable, automated approaches to testing.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You will deliver real impact by:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Championing firmwide data governance, partnering with Divisional Data Offices to promote the adoption of policies and standards</li>\n <li>Leading transformative work on end-to-end data testing for key deliverables</li>\n <li>Innovating with AI and automation to scale data testing capabilities and unlock new efficiencies</li>\n <li>Defining and implementing end-to-end data testing metrics reporting</li>\n <li>Building consensus across global teams, aligning with stakeholders on data quality priorities</li>\n <li>Working with divisions to monitor progress, ensuring that program goals are delivered</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>How You Will Fulfill Your Potential</u></strong></p>\n<p>You won’t just execute — you’ll shape the future of how the firm governs its data. You will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build, and lead a team responsible for executing end-to-end testing to assess data accuracy of key deliverables</li>\n <li>Lead working groups to improve end-to-end data testing processes&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Establish reference materials and standards that scale consistently across the firm</li>\n <li>Drive the execution of the data governance framework, policies, standards, and processes</li>\n <li>Guide teams on implementing the governance requirements and best practices</li>\n <li>Provide analytics that enable data consumers and producers to drive remediation efforts</li>\n <li>Communicate progress, risks and priorities to senior stakeholders and within the team</li>\n <li>Strengthen your understanding of data and the underlying businesses that use it</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Basic Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience of leading teams</li>\n <li>Proficient in executing data queries and performing data analysis</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate with influence – from working groups to senior stakeholders</li>\n <li>Demonstrate effective analytical, critical thinking, be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills</li>\n <li>Build strong relationships, collaborate across functions, and drive change</li>\n <li>Execution-focused, proactive and working well in a collaborative environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred Experience&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in data / transaction testing, governance, controls testing, or audit</li>\n <li>Software engineering background&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Familiarity with financial regulatory reporting</li>\n</ul>",
