Demonstrates strong communication, documentation, organizing</span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">,</span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> and planning skills to ensure strong leadership of multiple accounts concurrently.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #444444; font-size: 16px\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Collects and abstracts data from patient medical records, especially those related to stroke care. This includes information on diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Ensures the accuracy and completeness of the abstracted data. This may involve cross-referencing information from multiple sources within a patient's medical record.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Adheres to specific clinical data abstraction guidelines and standards, such as those set by the </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">American Heart Association</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 15px\">Enters the abstracted data into a database or registry, often using specialized software.
