Location: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite Only)

At IBS Electronics , we’ve been powering global supply chains for over 40 years. With offices across the U.S., Asia, Europe, and Latin America, we supply critical components to industries that matter most Power, Energy, Aerospace, Defense, and Medical.
We are seeking a Sales Growth Leader to join our team in Santa Ana. This role is all about hunting new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth . Electronics industry experience is a plus, but not required we’ll train you on the business and equip you with the latest AI-powered sales tools.
What You’ll Do
Identify and win new customer accounts.
Build long-term relationships with buyers, engineers, and executives.
Use our CRM, ERP, and AI prospecting tools to prospect smarter and close faster.
Work in-office with a high-energy team, collaborating daily with sales, procurement, and operations.
Drive growth in critical industries like Power, Energy, Aerospace, Defense, and Medical.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Strong sales EQ relationship-building, communication, and resilience.
