This position ensures the site remains safe, clean, and fully operational by performing preventive maintenance, light welding, repairs, and general upkeep on facility systems and infrastructure.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inspect and repair machine belting, bearings and rollers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with maintenance of stationary equipment such as conveyors&nbsp;and sorting lines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct light welding repairs as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support operations by promptly responding to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain safe work areas by ensuring walkways, exits, and emergency systems are functional and clear of hazards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate small equipment and power tools in accordance with safety guidelines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment or facility issues to management.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2+ years of facility, industrial, or equipment maintenance experience required (waste, recycling, or manufacturing industry preferred).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic knowledge of electrical, and mechanical repair.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record required.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
