The Screener provides close observation serving primarily to the patient&rsquo;s cleanliness and safety.&nbsp;This position performs a wide variety of duties to ensure an efficient and effective process for welcoming and screening all patients and visitors who enter our facilities.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>CNA Position Summary:</strong> &nbsp;</p><p>The main duty of this position is to perform the appropriate level of nursing care to skilled nursing home residents for a skilled nursing facility which includes a Sub-Acute unit.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Education/Certification:</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty with a strong degree of professionalism.
