We are looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and motivated to help maintain our hotel properties. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hotel, apartment, facilities, construction, or general maintenance experience.</p>\n<h3>This position assists with:</h3>\n<p>Guest room repairs</p>\n<p>Preventative maintenance</p>\n<p>Basic plumbing, electrical, and painting</p>\n<p>HVAC and mechanical troubleshooting</p>\n<p>General building upkeep</p>\n<p>Responding to guest maintenance requests</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hotel maintenance experience is preferred but not required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>**Opening will be posted until 6/26/2026**</p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>Respond to guest and hotel maintenance requests in a timely manner while helping maintain the property in a safe, clean, and efficient condition.
