Whether you’re interested in early learning, elementary, middle or high school, you can invest in your community by working at a local school or working within our home office providing support!</strong>\n<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY: </strong></p>\n<p>Under supervision of personnel, the Student Supervision Associate supervises students on the school ground, bus transportation, special events, and more by enforcing school rules and regulations. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervises students during breakfast, recess and/or lunch periods on the school grounds. </li>\n <li>Enforces rules and regulation, encourages and promotes courtesy among students. </li>\n <li>Implements organizational policies and procedures. </li>\n <li>Supervises students by utilizing PBIS strategies. </li>\n <li>Observes the safety rules are obeyed. </li>\n <li>Reports the presence of persons loitering on school campus. </li>\n <li>Calls for assistance of authorized personnel in the event of an emergency. </li>\n <li>Performs minor first aid on students; communicates with teachers regarding student behavior. </li>\n <li>Follows school discipline plan. </li>\n <li>Implements supervision strategies as indicated, modeled and coached by their supervisor. </li>\n <li>Communicates with both school and supervisor of any incident with students or staff. </li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and skill is qualifying. </li>\n <li>Experience: background and experience supervising school age children. </li>\n <li>Education: High School Diploma is desired. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>COMPUTER SKILLS:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Internet software      </li>\n <li>E-mail </li>\n <li>Use typical office equipment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:    </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Moderate Noise (examples: typical office noise) </li>\n <li>Stand, Walk, Sit (in general office environment) </li>\n <li>Computer Screen visual in performance of role </li>\n <li>Lift up to 10 pounds </li>\n <li>Travel up to 10-20% </li>\n <li>Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting), provide a clear TB test. </li>\n <li>Reliable transportation is required to meet the needs of the position. </li>\n <li>While driving is not a regular requirement of this role, employees who operate a personal or company vehicle for work purposes must maintain a valid driver's license and current auto insurance on file with HR. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, Vietnamese or Mandarin </li>\n</ul> \n<em>Think Together is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions, religious creed, physical disability, mental disability, age for individuals age 40 and over, medical condition (as defined by state law (for example, cancer or genetic characteristics or HIV/AIDS), marital status, military and veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, citizenship status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
