This role serves as the primary quality liaison within the Production Center and plays a key role in continuous improvement initiatives.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Lead and facilitate structured problem-solving activities (PPS / 8D) with cross-functional teams to address production quality issues.</li><li>Own defect reporting, analysis, and resolution, including root cause identification and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related topics within the Production Center.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report key quality performance indicators (KPIs), including:<ul><li>Rework</li><li>First Pass Yield (FPY)</li><li>Daily, weekly, and monthly scrap levels</li></ul></li><li>Prepare and present quality performance data, trends, risks, and improvement actions to management.</li><li>Participate in Production Center project milestones, ensuring quality requirements and deliverables are met.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, waste, and variation in production processes.</li></ul><h2>Requirements:</h2><ul><li>Production Quality Engineering Experience</li><li>Advanced knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and Practical Problem Solving (PPS).</li><li>Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies, including:<ul><li>Control Plans</li><li>Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)</li><li>Statistical Process Control (SPC)</li></ul></li><li>Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including:<ul><li>5S</li><li>Workplace organization</li><li>Continuous improvement (Kaizen)</li></ul></li><li>Experience working within an ISO 9001 quality management system.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
