Apply now!</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive wages starting at $17.50/hour<br></li>\n<li>Traffic Control Person (TCP) certification training.<br></li>\n<li>Transportation to and from work provided (some exceptions may apply).</li>\n<li>Respectful and friendly management team that will help you succeed.</li>\n<li>Most PPE will be supplied by the company.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with placing signs, barricades, and traffic cones in work areas.<br></li>\n<li>Communicate with other TCPs in the workplace to regulate traffic safely.</li>\n<li>Responsible for the safe passage of vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists through work areas.</li>\n<li><span>Adapt traffic control setups to support moving paving operations.</span></li>\n<li>Communicate any incidents or hazards to the Site Supervisor.</li>\n<li>Ensure a safe work environment in accordance with all policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Follow instructions given by Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, and Management.<br></li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reliable and punctual.</li>\n<li>Must be able to interpret both written and verbal instructions.<br></li>\n<li>Great communication skills and willing to work in a team environment.</li>\n<li>Able to work outside in all weather conditions, often working long days.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working near vehicle traffic and heavy equipment on construction sites.</li>\n<li>Required ability to lift up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods of time.</li>\n<li>Valid TCP Certification an asset.</li>\n<li>Valid Class 5 License an asset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><em>We would like to thank all of those that apply; however only those selected for an interview will be notified.</em></p>",
