Description The Program Manager for the Managed Care Savings (MCS) Program plays a central role in coordinating and operationalizing Providence Health Plan's affordability and cost-of-care initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Managed Care Savings, this role leads the day-to-day management of the MCS program, ensuring disciplined execution, clear communication, and effective tracking across all five MCS pillars: Benefits, Contracting, Pharmacy, Medical & Behavioral Health, and Payment Integrity.
