You’ll contribute to meaningful projects while growing your technical expertise in a supportive and people‑focused environment.</div><hr><h2><strong>Your Impact</strong></h2><div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\">• Contribute as an active member of multidisciplinary project teams focused on enhancing the functionality and performance of new and existing buildings.<br>• Deliver commissioning project outcomes, including design reviews, system verification procedures, and clear, actionable summary reports.<br>• Collaborate with owners, designers, and builders to achieve high‑performance building goals such as <strong>LEED</strong>, <strong>Net Zero</strong>, and <strong>Carbon Neutral</strong> outcomes.<br>• Conduct site visits to assess installation quality and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, operations, maintenance, and equipment longevity.<br>• Support commissioning, energy audits, and retro‑commissioning activities in coordination with WSP’s technical leaders.<br>• Apply Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices to building systems and project documentation.<br>• Help develop and enhance internal processes, tools, and templates while promoting best practices across the organization.</div><hr><h2><strong>The Skills That Set You Apart</strong></h2><div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\">• 4–8 years of related experience in building systems, commissioning, energy, or performance consulting.<br>• Journeyman Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Automation Technician <strong>or</strong> a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Systems Engineering, Alternative Energy, or Building Sustainability.<br>• Strong understanding of building systems performance, operations, design, and optimization.<br>• Professional designation such as <strong>CET, P.Tech., E.I.T., or P.Eng.</strong> (preferred).<br>• Accreditation related to commissioning or building performance (e.g., <strong>LEED AP, CCP, CxA, CEM, CMVP</strong>) is considered an asset.<br>• Experience with ASHRAE energy audits, new construction, major renovations, or project management is an asset.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Valid <strong>Class 5 Driver’s License</strong> and willingness to travel occasionally within Canada.</div><hr><h2><strong>Why Choose WSP?</strong></h2><div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\">Why Choose WSP?
