This role works with multiple functions to support operations (e.g., Warehouse, Supply Chain, Quality Control (QC)). We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• Transfers materials into and out of Raw Material Sampling using powered or manual industrial trucks (PIT) • Performs Grade D gowning and material transfers• Performs sampling operations per material specifications• Identifies and maintains inventory levels for efficient sample throughput and scheduling• Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Warehouse, QC, Supply Chain)• Uses analytical and bench top scales in sampling booths• Identifies issues in operations, equipment, systems, procedures, and initiates corrective action for resolution• Assists with training associates in Raw Material Sampling operations• Basic knowledge of sampling processes and procedures• Basic use of SAP and LIMS• Interfaces with warehouse and supervision• Executes cycle counting material in Raw Material Sampling• ERP knowledge for ordering and receiving materials from the Warehouse• Attends department GEMBA and safety walks• Supports departmental continuous improvement efforts• Other duties, as assigned</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Basic Requirements</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years related experience in a manufacturing, sampling, or lab environment; <strong>OR</strong>• Associate’s Degree in Life Sciences or similar area with 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing, sampling, or lab environment; <strong>OR</strong>• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or similar area• Military experience of equivalence</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Requirements</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>• Prior experience operating industrial trucks</p>\n<p>• Experience with ERPs and LIMS, SAP and Labware• Previous GMP experience with manufacturing, weigh and dispense, or raw material sampling• Experience training other associates</p>\n<p>• Experience with analytical and bench top scales</p>\n<p>-Bioworks or BTEC Capstone cGMP coursework</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Will work in environment which may necessitate respiratory protection</li>\n <li>Will work in environment operating a motor vehicle or Powered Industrial Truck</li>\n <li>Ability to ascend or descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, etc. </li>\n <li>Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time</li>\n <li>Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time</li>\n <li>Ability to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include wrists, hands and/or fingers</li>\n <li>Ability to conduct work that includes moving objects up to 33 pounds</li>\n <li>Ability to bend, push or pull, reach to retrieve materials from 18” to 60” in height, and use twisting motions</li>\n <li>Will work in outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>To all agencies: Please, no phone calls or emails to any employee of FUJIFILM about this requisition.
