You will help to develop plans, programs and procedures related to improving plant equipment reliability to meet the plant objectives in such a manner as to promote the most effective utilization of maintenance personnel and equipment.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span><strong>How You Will Create Value:</strong></span></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><i><span>Plant Maintenance Support</span></i></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;padding-left:84px;\"><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span>Provide technical repair expertise and troubleshooting focal point for plant equipment including: Pumps, Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Piping, Etc.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span>Develop and direct repair plans for major equipment failures and plant outages.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span>Site administration of the CMMS which includes providing training on the system and managing the database.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span>Provide support to Reliability Engineering for PM processes and compliance.</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><i><span>Plant and Equipment Reliability</span></i></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;padding-left:84px;\"><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span>Improve overall plant reliability by improved maintenance work processes and procedures&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span>Implement trigger criteria for, and drive, a failure analysis and root cause Analysis process for equipment downtime</span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span>Act as focal point for plant rotating equipment reliability</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><i><span>ISO Quality Responsibilities and Authority&nbsp;</span></i></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;padding-left:71.2px;\"><li><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;\"><span>Implement and follow SIG’s ISO-9002 programs, policies and procedures outlined by the ISO Standard.
