While working in a dynamic, welcoming, and collaborative workplace, you will be part of a team that contributes to a culture that positively impacts the communities and customers we serve.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Project Manager. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Position Is: Full Time</li>\n <li>Pay Rate: $35 / hour</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>\n<p>The Security Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering physical security technology projects across corporate offices, campuses, and/or data center environments. This role requires strong project management skills combined with a working knowledge of access control systems, CCTV/video surveillance, and basic IP networking principles to effectively coordinate vendors, internal stakeholders, and technical teams.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage end-to-end security technology projects, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related infrastructure</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers</li>\n <li>Coordinate internal stakeholders (Security, IT, Facilities, Real Estate, Legal) and external vendors/integrators</li>\n <li>Oversee system design reviews to ensure solutions meet security standards, operational needs, and technical requirements</li>\n <li>Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget execution</li>\n <li>Lead installation, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities</li>\n <li>Review drawings, scopes of work, submittals, and change orders</li>\n <li>Conduct site walks and validate installations against approved designs</li>\n <li>Manage vendor performance, escalations, and issue resolution</li>\n <li>Ensure documentation is completed, including as-built drawings, system configurations, and handover packages</li>\n <li>Provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Knowledge & Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of access control systems</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of CCTV / video surveillance systems</li>\n <li>Understanding of basic IP networking concepts, including:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>IP addressing</li>\n  <li>VLANs</li>\n  <li>PoE (Power over Ethernet)</li>\n  <li>Network switches</li>\n  <li>Bandwidth considerations</li>\n </ul>\n <li> </li>\n <li>Familiarity with system integrations between security platforms and enterprise IT networks</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with IT/network teams without requiring deep engineering expertise</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3–7+ years of project management experience, preferably in physical security or low-voltage technology projects</li>\n <li>Experience managing vendors, integrators, and multi-site deployments</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in operational environments (corporate offices, construction sites, data centers)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with enterprise access control and VMS platforms</li>\n <li>Experience in corporate, campus, or data center security environments</li>\n <li>PMP, CAPM, or security-focused project management certification a plus</li>\n <li>Familiarity with construction coordination and facilities workflows</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
