Your mission This is where you can shine: Onboarding Management: You will take over contact with our new customers from your colleagues in sales management and ensure an optimal onboarding experience for our new customers with your structured, solution- and customer-oriented way of working. Thanks to you, our new customers become regular customers. Customer support : After you have successfully accompanied your customers through the onboarding process, you will support your colleagues in the ongoing support of our regular customers. T echnical consulting: Together with your team, you develop frontend and backend solutions for our customers, e.g. by adapting our shop solutions to customer needs and showing different implementation options for products and services. Optimise : You are independently responsible for the customer onboarding process - from conception to implementation and ongoing support. You help build long-term customer relationships and identify optimisation potential along the entire process chain. Your profile Your profile: You have been a  project professional for 2 years when it comes to customer success in B2B business, have a degree  in economics, completed vocational training in business or a comparable qualification and are familiar with customer relationship management . You actively contribute and independently advise our international customers on the customer-specific development and expansion of our shop and interface solutions at eye level - in  German  and English. You have a very good basic technical understandin g , a feeling for the needs of your customers and always keep your eye on the goal - the satisfaction of your customers. You see yourself as an open and outgoing team player . Why us?
