          "text": "<p><strong>Explanation of the position are as follows:</strong><br>\n&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Hub Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee all hub operations at assigned facility locations</li><li>Ensure that hub facilities meet the standards agreed with the customer (protection protocols and security)</li><li>Manage storage infrastructure for DDC fleet vehicles and accommodate APR vehicle needs</li></ul><p><strong>Vehicle Operations &amp; Fleet Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee vehicle reception at designated hub facilities and coordinate vehicle set up upon receipt.&#xa0;</li><li>Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and minor inspection checks</li><li>Oversee implementation of required vehicle system updates and software as per customer requests.</li><li>Monitor vehicle uptime and address maintenance needs promptly</li></ul><p><strong>Route Planning &amp; Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Plan routes to maximize data collection effectiveness under varying conditions (time frames, directions,&#xa0;weather)</li><li>Continuously optimize routes based on performance data and collection targets</li></ul><p><strong>Team Support</strong></p><ul><li>Support completion of Dursuite &#xa0;</li><li>Completion of driver’s hours control sheet</li><li>Completion of driving sheets</li><li>Assign daily shifts and support dispatch operations (multiple shifts per day, 7 days/week)</li><li>Monitor personnel performance and conduct evaluations (Samsara tool)</li><li>Support execution of training and onboarding for new team members</li><li>Ensure all assigned personnel meet technical and professional qualifications</li><li>Handle conflict resolution and maintain positive team morale</li></ul><p><strong>Data Handling &amp; Quality Assurance</strong></p><ul><li>Orchestrate and monitor data handling operations in accordance with client specifications</li><li>Manage collection and secure transportation of recorded data storage media</li><li>Monitor daily data collection progress against monthly targets</li></ul>",
