Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</span></p><p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our ETF Service Delivery Team. &nbsp;The position is located in Boston, MA ( 4 day in office expectation).</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Conduct collateral movement for ETF settlements across multiple domiciles.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Coordinate ETF basket‑level settlement monitoring, communication with Authorized Participants (APs), and cash wire processing.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Engage with APs to coordinate collateral calls for delayed settlement ETF creates.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Receive and release funds to segregated custody accounts; process wires and confirmations.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Perform intraday monitoring and exception handling through market close to support timely issuance of ETF units.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Track and return excess collateral accurately and promptly; ensure precision in cash movements.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Maintain detailed documentation and evidencing for operational steps, approvals, and communications.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Escalate breaks and risk items; coordinate resolution across APs, Custody, and ETF operations.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Serve as a primary operational contact for APs on collateral logistics and settlement readiness.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Operate within defined control frameworks, dual‑control processes, and approval checkpoints.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Regularly interact with stakeholders to answer questions and resolve issues regarding fund balances and processes.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Assist in evaluating GAAP and/or IFRS rules to determine the impact of new regulations on BNY Mellon fund accounting practices.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Execute day‑to‑day collateral processing, wire initiation steps, and confirmations in adherence to procedures.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Perform intraday monitoring, reconcile positions vs. collateral, and resolve exceptions.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Prepare operational artifacts and hand‑offs for Approver sign‑off; maintain complete records.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">5-7 years of total work experience preferred.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm preferred.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Ability to provide guidance to less experienced team members.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Experience in ETF operations, custody, collateral management, or securities settlement (Canadian market knowledge is a plus).</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Strong understanding of in‑kind ETF creation/settlement workflows and cash collateral mechanics.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Proficiency with operational systems; experience with wire processing and reconciliations is preferred.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Excellent attention to detail, control mindset, and documentation rigor; comfortable with intraday monitoring through market close.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Strong communication skills to manage AP interactions and cross‑functional coordination.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Ability to prioritize, manage exceptions, and make risk‑aware decisions under time constraints.</span></li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</span></p><p><span>BNY Newsroom</span><br><span>BNY LinkedIn</span></p><p><span>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</span></p><p><span>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</span><br><span>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</span><br><span>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</span></p><p><span>Our Benefits and Rewards:</span></p><p><span>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
