Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Manager Assistant to join our team at our luxury association, Yerba Buena Island, in San Francisco. The Manager Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the General Manager, ensuring the smooth functioning of the association. The Manager Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Compensation: $30.00- $32.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience) + $500 Monthly Commuter Benefit Schedule: Monday- Friday; 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM + Monthly Thursday's; 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM + Occasional Weekend Nights For Community Events Why You’ll Love Working at Action At Action Property Management, we believe in creating an environment where you truly love where you work. Resident Services - Assist residents with inquiries, process payments, and coordinate move-ins/move outs. Architectural Review - Support the architectural review process, including scheduling meetings and tracking project progress. Financial Management - Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining records. General Support - Perform various tasks as assigned, such as coordinating meetings, preparing communications, and managing vendor relationships. Required Skills / Abilities: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. College education is preferred. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. At least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience. HOA property management experience is a plus! Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines. Positive and professional demeanor. Customer service oriented.
