If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a leadership role, and enjoy a fast‑paced entertainment environment, start making your own luck today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be <strong>at least 18 years of age</strong>.</p>\n<h2>WHAT OUR ADMISSIONS SUPERVISORS DO</h2>\n<p>Admissions Supervisors oversee daily admissions operations, ensuring Guests receive a seamless, welcoming, and efficient entry experience. You’ll lead Admissions Attendants, maintain operational standards, handle Guest concerns, and ensure all ticketing, POS, and access procedures are executed accurately and professionally.</p>\n<h2>AN ADMISSIONS SUPERVISOR’S DAY‑TO‑DAY</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise and support Admissions Attendants to ensure exceptional Guest service at all entry points</li>\n <li>Ensure admissions areas are staffed, opened on time, operated efficiently, and closed properly</li>\n <li>Oversee ticket sales, pass processing, scanning procedures, and wristband distribution</li>\n <li>Monitor POS transactions to ensure accuracy, PCI compliance, and adherence to park procedures</li>\n <li>Assist Guests with questions, concerns, and escalated service issues in a professional manner</li>\n <li>Conduct daily inspections of admissions areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety</li>\n <li>Train, coach, and develop admissions team members to maintain service and performance standards</li>\n <li>Audit POS handlers and admission procedures to ensure system accuracy and Guest engagement</li>\n <li>Monitor park communications, including phones and radio traffic, to support smooth operations</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with park policies, prohibited‑item protocols, and security procedures</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to admissions operations</li>\n <li>Partner with leadership to manage labor hours, supplies, and operational costs</li>\n <li>Act as a role model by demonstrating Lucky Strike Entertainment’s core values</li>\n <li>Assist other departments as needed to support overall park operations</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT IT TAKES</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>At least one year of supervisory or lead experience in Guest service, admissions, retail, or hospitality</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills</li>\n <li>Experience handling Guest and employee concerns professionally</li>\n <li>Proficient with POS systems, computers, cash handling, and electronic devices</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>PERKS (MORE REASONS YOU’LL LOVE YOUR JOB)</h2>\n<p>✅ Free bowling & attractions (laser tag, billiards, mini golf, ropes courses, and rides)✅ $1 arcade play✅ All‑day play at Boomers, FECs & Waterparks✅ Friends & family discounts✅ Food & beverage discounts✅ Special discounts on parties and group events✅ Perks start on your first day</p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS </strong></p>\n<p>Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you’ll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance.
