The Driver will ensure that all transportation activities are carried out in accordance with traffic regulations and school policies while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and child safeguarding. This position is for only 3 months and can extend the contract on need of the organization upon the basis of Performance.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely transport students and staff according to assigned routes and schedules.</li>\n<li>Ensure the safety and well-being of students during pick-up and drop-off.</li>\n<li>Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and school transportation policies.</li>\n<li>Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.</li>\n<li>Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure all required documents are up to date.</li>\n<li>Assist students, especially younger children, during boarding and disembarking when required.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with school administration regarding route changes, delays, or emergencies.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, mileage records, and fuel consumption records.</li>\n<li>Support school activities and official transportation needs as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications and Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driving license for the relevant vehicle category.</li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.</li>\n<li>Good knowledge of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance.</li>\n<li>Experience driving school buses or transporting children is preferred.</li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work responsibly, punctually, and professionally.</li>\n<li>No history of serious traffic violations or criminal offenses.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Child Safeguarding</p>\n<p>The selected candidate must adhere to the Child Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, and safeguarding standards of Kopila Valley School.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preference</span></p>\n<p>Application Process</p>\n<p>Interested candidates are requested to submit:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application Letter</li>\n<li>Updated CV</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you think this career opportunity will amplify your career growth, we encourage you to apply by clicking<a href=\"https://blinknow.bamboohr.com/careers/69\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> </a>“<a href=\"https://blinknow.bamboohr.com/careers/143\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Apply For This Jobˮ</a> and submit all required documents.
