If you are skilled, motivated, and looking for a company that values professionalism and teamwork, we’d like to hear from you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Market Value Compensation ($22-$23 hourly)</li>\n <li>Robust PTO Plan</li>\n <li>Health, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from</li>\n <li>401K Retirement Plan with company match up to 30%</li>\n <li>Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability</li>\n <li>Special Program Options: FSA, EAP, Legal Services and Identity Theft</li>\n <li>Continuous Training for your Professional Development</li>\n <li>Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Meet with homeowners to assess electrical service needs and recommend appropriate solutions.</li>\n   <li>Present options for electrical repairs, upgrades, panel replacements, surge protection, EV chargers, generators, lighting, and other electrical services.</li>\n   <li>Build rapport and educate customers on available products and services.</li>\n   <li>Create accurate estimates and proposals.</li>\n   <li>Follow up on leads and maintain a high close rate.</li>\n   <li>Work closely with operations and electrical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li>\n   <li>Maintain detailed customer records and sales activities within ServiceTitan.</li>\n   <li>Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I Have What It Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years residential electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting all aspects of the Electrical System</li>\n <li>Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with good time management skills</li>\n <li>Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights</li>\n <li>Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes</li>\n <li>Service Titan experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
