          "text": "<p><strong>The Position</strong></p><p>As part of Versant’s in-house executive search team, the Associate, Executive Search will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class search function across the organization. This individual will support and execute senior-level searches, contributing to all phases of the executive recruiting lifecycle, including research, market mapping, candidate engagement and search delivery.</p><p>This is an opportunity to work on high-impact leadership hiring initiatives while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across a dynamic and evolving media organization.</p><p><em><u>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</u></em></p><ul><li>Support the development and execution of tailored executive search strategies to attract high-caliber leadership talent across Versant’s portfolio.</li><li>Partner with the Director of Executive Search to drive end-to-end execution of senior-level searches, including research, sourcing, assessment and offer process coordination.</li><li>Build and maintain proactive, real-time talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs.</li><li>Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify key industry players, competitive landscapes and organizational structures.</li><li>Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain accurate and compliant candidate tracking within ATS/CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting reporting needs.</li><li>Contribute to the development and sharing of market insights and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategies and business decisions.</li><li>Represent Versant in the external talent market, effectively communicating the company’s vision and leadership opportunities.</li><li>Support the continued build and evolution of the in-house executive search function.</li><li>Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>The Person</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in managing and executing full-cycle executive level searches from an executive search firm or in-house executive recruiting function within a media, entertainment, technology or digital media company.</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills for candidate interviewing and assessment, client correspondence, project documentation and status reporting.</li><li>Proven ability to successfully collaborate and communicate with colleagues in a highly integrated team environment.</li><li>Demonstrated research and analytical skills; capable of identifying key players, industry trends, competitive talent landscapes and organizational structures.</li><li>Skilled at guiding and partnering with a market research and intelligence function; ability to capture and synthesize large volumes of market and talent information from senior management and business leaders.</li><li>Strategic, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrated experience of an analytical, strategic and problem-solving work style.</li><li>Proven excellent time management and follow-up skills in a multi-client, fast paced, frequently pressurized environment.</li><li>Ability to form strategic business partnerships internally and externally with multiple stakeholders, including senior line management, corporate and divisional human resource executives and other project-based stakeholders.</li><li>Strong business acumen and organizational savvy necessary to understand and anticipate future business and talent needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Requirements&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hybrid</strong>: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.</li><li><p>This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits.&#xa0;Learn more about the benefits offered by Versant by visiting the benefits page of the Careers website.
