If so, you may be a great fit for a Production Associate at Marvin!</p>\n<p>In this role, you'll move around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors. An expert training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. You'll be eligible for cross-training because it's important to us that we help you build a career and grow in areas that interest you.</p>\n<p>We provide health insurance on day one of employment, paid time off and holidays, 401K retirement matching, and a company-funded well-being reimbursement program that you can use in many ways to help you feel healthy and happy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your schedule and Pay:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work Monday through Friday from 7:00AM - 3:00PM</li>\n <li>Pay starts at $18.91/hour. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Overtime may be required during business season.</p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out essential job functions and work with your team</li>\n <li>Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines</li>\n <li>Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>The desire to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>General experience with computers</li>\n <li>Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.</li>\n <li>Grip 65 lbs.</li>\n <li>Bend, twist, stoop, and climb</li>\n <li>Stand and walk on concrete</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
