Our teams take pride in supporting customers and communities, creating meaningful work and rewarding careers every day. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>First Supply is looking for a <strong>Business System Analyst!</strong> In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate across departments to optimize software applications, streamline business processes, and driver greater operational efficiency. <strong>On-site Postion in West Salem, WI. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> If you enjoy turning business needs into smart technology solutions, we'd love to hear from you. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide day-to-day support for business software applications, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any technical issues or user inquiries promptly.</li>\n <li>Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and updates.</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively to implement initiatives to deliver ERP solutions that allow internal departments and external partners to use technology solutions and data more efficiently. </li>\n <li>Assist in identifying, evaluating, and implementing improvements to software applications and processes to optimize business performance.</li>\n <li>Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of new systems or system enhancements.</li>\n <li>Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.</li>\n <li>Investigate system-related issues and provide timely resolutions.</li>\n <li>Develop and present recommendations for process improvements.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.</li>\n <li>Collaborate on the creation and use of business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.</li>\n <li>Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent work experience) required. </li>\n <li>3+ years of experience in business analysis, system analysis or related role preferred. </li>\n <li>Proficiency with business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and basic SQL knowledge a required. </li>\n <li>Pervious experience working with Infor CloudSuite technology platform preferred. </li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. </li>\n <li>Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Work, and PowerPoint</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>About First Supply</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>First Supply</strong>® is a leading main channel wholesale distributor, providing industrial customers and building contractors with an extensive line of products and services.
