This role owns core forecasting, performance analysis, and executive decision support for a fast‑growing, omnichannel business. The position requires strong financial modeling capabilities, the ability to translate complex data into clear insights, and comfort operating in a dynamic, high‑visibility environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities Include:  </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and lead <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">monthly forecasting, and reporting processes</span>, including consolidated expense analysis and actual‑vs‑forecast/budget variance analysis.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long‑range financial models</span> used by executive leadership to drive strategic decisions.</li>\n<li>Deliver <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">clear, insightful monthly and quarterly performance commentary</span> highlighting key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.</li>\n<li>Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Commercial, and Operations leaders to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">analyze financial performance, test hypotheses, and recommend actions</span> that improve profitability and efficiency.</li>\n<li>Lead <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">channel‑level profitability and performance analysis</span> across Retail, Amazon, and DTC, including pricing, promotions, and margin dynamics.</li>\n<li>Translate complex financial analyses into <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">simple, compelling narratives</span> for senior non‑finance audiences, effectively challenging assumptions when appropriate.</li>\n<li>Drive improvements to financial processes, data quality, and reporting automation to ensure <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">accurate, timely, and decision‑ready information</span>.</li>\n<li>Support and lead <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ad hoc strategic and operational projects</span> as business needs evolve.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Marketing &amp; Growth Analytics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to evaluate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">return on investment, CAC/LTV dynamics, and incremental contribution</span> across acquisition and retention initiatives.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with media planners and buyers to monitor KPIs, pacing, and performance against plan.</li>\n<li>Build <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">what‑if and scenario models</span> to inform budget allocation decisions across paid media, trade spend, and promotional investments.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">executive dashboards and reporting</span> that connect marketing performance to revenue, margin, and cash impact.</li>\n<li>Stay current on trends and best practices across performance marketing and omnichannel retail analytics.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp; Qualifications: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5+ years of FP&amp;A experience</span>, preferably supporting <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$100M+ revenue businesses</span> with multi‑channel complexity (Retail, Amazon, and/or DTC).</li>\n<li>Proven experience building and owning <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">complex financial models</span> used for executive‑level decision‑making.</li>\n<li>Strong background partnering with senior leaders to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">translate strategy into forecasts, budgets, and measurable financial outcomes</span>.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">analyze large data sets, identify performance trends, and develop actionable insights</span>.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to and influencing senior management.</li>\n<li>Ability to balance strong attention to detail with speed and pragmatism in a fast‑paced environment.</li>\n<li>Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with NetSuite Data Rails, BI tools and data visualization strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span><br><br>At Humann, we believe top talent should be rewarded.
