      "content": "<h4>Welding &amp; Fabrication</h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Perform welding using MIG, TIG, wire-feed, spot welding, and oxy-acetylene equipment as required.</li>\n<li>Weld structural and fabricated components including frames, tanks, and other assemblies.</li>\n<li>Produce welds that meet blueprint requirements and quality specifications.</li>\n<li>Complete weld cleanup and finishing operations as needed.</li>\n<li>Inspect completed welds and perform repairs or rework when necessary.</li>\n\n<h4>Assembly &amp; Production</h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Lay out, fit, and assemble components using drawings, measurements, and fabrication instructions.</li>\n<li>Clamp, tack weld, drill, tap, cut, grind, and assemble materials to required configurations.</li>\n<li>Utilize material handling equipment and fabrication tools to support production activities.</li>\n<li>Assist with pressure testing and verification of fabricated products when required.</li>\n\n<h4>Equipment &amp; Quality</h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Set up welding equipment and ensure proper machine operation.</li>\n<li>Replace welding wire, shielding gas, and consumables as needed.</li>\n<li>Inspect tools, equipment, and materials for defects or operational concerns.</li>\n<li>Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate production and timekeeping records.</li>\n\n<h4>Safety &amp; Teamwork</h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Report production, quality, material, or safety concerns to supervision.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.</li>\n<li>Participate in cross-training opportunities and support other departments when needed.</li>\n</ul></ul></ul></ul>"
