    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.28.24/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.28.24/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\">Role:</p><p>The individual will assume teaching responsibilities, teach assigned classes and/or lab/clinical and</p><p>develop coursework needed for teaching under the direction and supervision of the DON (Director of</p><p>Nursing).</p><p><br></p><p>The individual will participate in ongoing program evaluation activities as needed and confers with the</p><p>DON to ensure compliance with Board policies as well as communicate with the DON as necessary to</p><p>resolve student issues or concerns.</p><p><br></p><p>Major Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>&bull; Plan and assign student activities in the classroom/lab/clinical setting.</p><p>&bull; Maintain records of student progress and performance, attendance and grades, in addition to</p><p>preparing, administering, and grading, written and practical examinations.</p><p>&bull; Maintains regular communication with Director of Nursing and Full Time Nursing Instructor.</p><p>&bull; Participate in ongoing program evaluation activities as needed.</p><p>&bull; Confers with the DON to ensure compliance with Board of Nursing regulations.</p><p>&bull; Discuss with students their concerns and/or problems directly or indirectly related to learning</p><p>experience.</p><p>&bull; Works effectively as part of the faculty team demonstrating positive interpersonal relations,</p><p>collaborating with other faculty members to meet student needs, and participating in faculty</p><p>meetings.</p><p>&bull; Provides expectations and standards for course assignments that demonstrate academic rigor in</p><p>accordance with the course module.</p><p>&bull; Provides documentation of progress and reports to the DON and Nursing Instructor.</p><p>&bull; Maintains student records and progress in either the classroom or lab/clinical setting.</p><p>&bull; Performs other duties as assigned in support of students enrolled in the Nursing programs.</p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\">Knowledge and Skills:</p><p>Education: Master&rsquo;s degree in Nursing required for Associate Degree Nursing Program.</p><p>Education: Bachelor&#39;s degree in Nursing required for Practical Nursing Program.</p><p>Experience: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey and at least one year of clinical</p><p>experience in an acute health care facility required. Teaching experience preferably</p><p>at the community college level.</p><p>Interpersonal Skills Ability to work effectively with faculty, administrators, staff, and external</p><p>constituencies.</p><p>Technical Skills Working knowledge of current and emerging computer hardware and software.</p><p>Physical Requirements:</p>\n    </div>\n  \n",
