Verifying that all boxes are sealed and marked appropriately at the end of the line.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">COMPENSATION &amp; SCHEDULE</span></strong></p><p>Hourly: $15.00</p><p>Monday - Friday (1st and 2nd shift), full-time, non-exempt</p><p>ONSITE: 202 Gaffney, 29341</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">WHAT YOU WILL DO&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p>Report issues/problems to immediate Supervisor</p><p>Perform consumable inventories as needed</p><p>Identify how many boxes are required to ship before the job is printed.</p><p>Ensure all paperwork is completed properly</p><p>Other duties as assigned.</p><p>Other duties as assigned by management</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">WHAT WE&#39;RE LOOKING FOR</span></strong></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure clarity.</li><li>Self-starter who takes direction well but also able to work independently initiating projects and ideas.</li><li>Team player.</li><li>Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of colleagues.</li><li>Ability to perform with minimum supervision</li><li>Working knowledge of basic math</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to lift/handle various sized boxes that weigh 25 pounds</li><li>Must be able to consistently stand, walk, stoop, climb, bend, lift material or equipment that may weigh 25 pounds</li><li>Must be able to work overtime/weekends; proactively ensure coverage for respective areas</li><li>Must be able to work and meet deadlines</li></ul><p><strong>Performance Measurements:</strong></p><ul><li>Safety: OSHA recordable accidents and lost time due to accidents</li><li>Quality: Credits, Re-dos, Scrap,</li><li>Service: DNS (Did Not Ships)</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Basic Computer Skills</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></strong></p><p>In performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjusting focus and hearing.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">WORKING ENVIRONMENT</span></strong></p><p>The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise. Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines.
