    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ​​Data Center Associate ​is expected to be able to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, and network devices. </li>\n <li>Perform rack and stack, structured cabling (copper/fiber), and equipment integration. </li>\n <li>Execute system imaging, patching, upgrades, and hardware replacement. </li>\n <li>Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, and hardware failures. </li>\n <li>Monitor system health, alerts, and environmental conditions. </li>\n <li>Maintain asset accountability and update configuration management systems (CMDB). </li>\n <li>Apply cybersecurity controls, including STIG compliance and patch management. </li>\n <li>Support incident response, outage coordination, and maintenance activities. </li>\n <li>Document configurations, procedures, and changes in accordance with operational standards. </li>\n <li>May include shift work, on-call support, and off-hours maintenance. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance</li>\n <li>Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, a related field OR a high school diploma with 2-4 years of relevant experience</li>\n <li>One or more of the following DoD 8570/8140 certifications: \n  <ul>\n   <li>CompTIA Security+ CE</li>\n   <li>CompTIA A+</li>\n   <li>CompTIA Network+</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>ITIL 4 Foundation </li>\n <li>1–4 years of experience in: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Data center operations </li>\n   <li>IT support / help desk </li>\n   <li>Hardware installation or field technician roles </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Exposure to DoD or federal environments </li>\n <li>Experience in structured cabling or rack/stack work </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Data Center Associate member to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Data Center Associate provides entry-level technical support for data center operations, including hardware installation, cabling, monitoring, and basic system maintenance in a secure DoD/DIA environment.
